Betties’ Favorite Recipe | Naan Pizza
Every month we feature a new favorite recipe in our newsletter. These Naan Pizzas are super easy but insanely delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 naan of your choice (Stonefire brand is great)
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 diced tomato (avoid soggy pizza by removing the seedy area)
- pizza sauce
- butter or olive oil
- shredded mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 395 degrees
- Chop baby spinach into thin strips
- Place naan directly on the rack in the oven for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned
- Remove and lightly brush with butter or olive oil
- Add generous spoonfuls of pizza sauce
- Lay down spinach and sprinkle with mozzarella
- Add diced tomatoes and any other desired toppings
- Sprinkle again with mozzarella
- Place directly on the oven rack again and cook until cheese is melted
