Every month, we share another one of Betties’ favorite recipes. This month’s recipe is a classic smoothie sure to give you an energy boost!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 2 shots of espresso
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Throw all the ingredients in the blender and blend! Enjoy your burst of energy.
Tip: Try adding 2 cups fresh baby spinach for a healthier boost or add 1/2 cup of blueberries for some antioxidants.
