My favorite thing about working at Back Office Betties is being able to help clients solve day to day situations that ultimately help lead to the success and flow of their business. I would describe myself as someone who is highly motivated and passionate which is why I strive everyday to do my best to provide quality and positive outcomes for every customer.

I grew up in a military family and have had the pleasure of living in many places. I have my Bachelor’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Before becoming a Bettie, my work experiences include retail, being the executive and marketing assistant. I love connecting with people and being able to deliver a positive experience, especially when someone is in a negative place. I’m detail-oriented, understanding that the smallest thing can make a big difference to someone’s overall experience.

What I most love about working at Betties is being able to add my grain of sand to making our callers day just a little bit better. I am currently living in Jacksonville, Florida. I was born in Puerto Rico, and lived there until I was 10 before moving to the States with my mother, sister, and stepfather. I am a member of the Florida National Guard and commissioned this year as a Second Lieutenant. I am incredibly passionate about animation, and I hope to work as a storyboard artist or character designer in the future! When I am not working on my animation portfolio, I spend time with my fiancée, go to the gym, or play Dungeons & Dragons!Â

I’ve been with my husband, my high school sweetheart, for 17 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and have 15 years of experience in the medical field. In addition to that, I own a business where I create custom designs for shirts and hats. In my free time, I love trying new foods, traveling, designing, and binge-watching crime shows.

I’ve been blessed with my miracle daughter, and lately, I’ve been focusing on finding myself within the little family I’ve created. I love spending time with my family, playing LoterÃa (bingo), going to drive-in movies, and exploring new restaurants that have popped up in my community.
