We require our Virtual Assistants to respond to tasks and correspondence within 1 business day. However, if you need a quicker turnaround, let us know when signing up. We will communicate your expectations to ensure you’re matched with the perfect Virtual Assistant for your business!
Regular check-in meetings can be scheduled between you and your Virtual Assistant if you’d like to go over weekly plans and goals, but you can reach out to your Virtual Assistant at any time.

Betties’ proprietary VA matching service ensures that you’ll be matched with a Virtual Assistant who understands your terminology, has experience with the work you need to be done, and is available during the hours you need them.
However, if it isn’t working out for any reason, we’ll happily match you with a new Virtual Assistant at no additional charge.
Completion time is dependent on the task and your Virtual Assistant’s workload. However, we require our Virtual Assistants to respond to tasks and correspondence within 1 business day.
Keep in mind, our freelance Virtual Assistants are independent business owners and masters of juggling a variety of tasks and clients. Most of our Virtual Assistants will have more than one client to consider, so expressing project deadlines and your desired turnaround time is essential!
Our team will reach out to you within 48 business hours after receiving your setup form with an introduction to your perfect Virtual Assistant match!
Your Virtual Assistant will be in touch with you to schedule a free 30-minute meeting to go over your goals, tasks, and to get the ball rolling!
All of Back Office Betties’ Virtual Assistants are located in the United States.
Betties’ Virtual Assistants are typically available during normal business hours.
If you need your Virtual Assistant to attend regularly scheduled meetings or other recurring events, let us know when signing up so we can match you with someone who has availability during those times.
Monthly Virtual Assistant hours do not roll over into the next month if unused.
Additional Virtual Assistant hours are prorated at your plan’s hourly rate as needed.
Plus – You’re not locked into the same plan forever.
For example: if you know you’ll need more time for a project in the future, you can switch to a higher hourly plan temporarily.
