In 2014, she founded Back Office Betties, a shining beacon of hope for small to midsize law firms drowning in administrative tasks. Emily is on a mission to rescue lawyers from the perils of wearing too many hats to restore their sanity. She knows that providing top-notch customer service is not only free, but it’s also the key to unlocking a thriving business.

While it is common practice in the industry to round up calls to the nearest minute, your minutes are never rounded up with Betties. That means if a call lasts for 2 minutes and 45 seconds, we record that call as 2.75 minutes – NOT 3 minutes.
