Regular check-in meetings can be scheduled between you and your Virtual Assistant if you’d like to go over weekly plans and goals, but you can reach out to your Virtual Assistant at any time.
Completion time is dependent on the task and your Virtual Assistant’s workload.
We require our Virtual Assistants to respond to tasks and correspondence within 1 business day.
Keep in mind, our freelance Virtual Assistants are independent business owners and masters of juggling a variety of tasks and clients. Most of our Virtual Assistants will have more than one client to consider, so expressing project deadlines and your desired turnaround time is essential.

Additional Virtual Assistant hours are prorated at your plan’s hourly rate as needed.
