We will provide you with a phone number to forward your calls to. You choose when and for how long you want your calls to be routed to your new team of Virtual Legal Receptionists.
How many virtual receptionists will be answering my calls?
We keep your receptionist team small to ensure they truly get to know your law firm inside and out.
You’ll have a team of 8-10 Virtual Legal Receptionists answering your calls. They’ll become a true extension of your law firm by understanding your preferences and learning the unique details of your practice.
What hours is the Legal Answering Service available?
Monday–Friday, 5 AM–5 PM PT.
After-hours calls will be directed to your voicemail and those messages will be delivered to your email for your convenience. If you’d like us to check your voicemail each morning and return those calls, we’re happy to do so!Â
