Meet Katelyn – Team Manager
Alright, last month you met our CEO, so now we are excited to introduce the Betties Team Manager! Katelyn Draper joined the Back Office Betties team in June of 2018 and has taken charge to build a flourishing team around the Back Office Betties name.
Katelyn is originally from Portland, Oregon and moved to Arizona the same month that she started with Back Office Betties as a legal virtual receptionist. After a short while, she was promoted to manage the receptionist team and now oversees all virtual receptionists, as well as the administrative team.
A Love For This Industry
Prior to working for Back Office Betties, Katelyn worked at one of the largest receptionist services in the United States. Her love for our industry started there, though she decided she wanted more room for growth and personal development. Katelyn ultimately joined the Back Office Betties team because we offered her that room for growth and she loves our dedication to serving lawyers. She enjoys getting to know the attorneys she works with and appreciates feeling like a member of their office.
Katelyn’s favorite thing about working for Back Office Betties is the amazing team behind her. She’s the type of leader to throw huge goals at the team and is always excited when they consistently achieve them! Her love of professional development and encouragement of continued learning keeps our dedicated group of virtual receptionists at the top of their game.
In Her Free Time
Katelyn loves to hang out with her fiance, two French Bulldogs (Andi & Juliet), and good TV. The Bachelor, King of the Hill, Chicago Med, and 9-1-1 are her current favorite shows! When not working or watching TV, you can catch Katelyn in the Kitchen cooking some yummy vegan eats.
