Your personal life – should it be shared with your clients?
The highlights, absolutely! You don’t need to air your dirty laundry but sharing aspects of your personal life humanizes you to prospects and clients. It makes you relatable and urges your target market to Know, Like, and Trust you (which just so happens to be a huge factor in buying decisions).
You can do this easily through social media by sprinkling some of your personal life into your business profiles. You can also do so through your blog by sprinkling details into some (not all) of your posts or by sharing big news through email and newsletters.
