Happy New Year!
I hope you had an amazing holiday season and are looking forward to the new year. I know I am!
There is plenty of commotion here at Betties. To start off, our head of Client Services is away on maternity leave and the whole company is chattering daily as we’re on baby watch! We cannot wait to meet this baby Bettie!!
Next, a new year brings new… integrations? I am so excited that Betties will be adding new integrations with favorite law firm CRMs this year. But I want to know: Is there a CRM that you love and need an integration for? Let me know! (Really, send me an email at [email protected].)
Not to mention, we are growing our Client Services team so that we can check in with you more often and improve client experience. We are also re-imagining our quality process and growing the team to provide higher quality messages and ensure a great caller experience. Your feedback means the world to me, so if you have it, I want to hear it!
